Our Guarantee
We guarantee our nail services; if you 
experience any polish chipping within 
2 days on your manicure or pedicure, 
Gel nails lifting or cracking within 5 
days. Please contact us immediately 
so that we can perfect the problem 
free of charge.

Late Arrivals 

If your are going to be late please give 
us a call. Appointments will be held for 
15 minutes,after this we consider this 
to be "Too LATE or a "NO SHOW" and 
as courtesy of our next guest you will 
be asked to reschedule.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 Minutes prior to your 
scheduled appointment time to provide time to park,and check in. Guests 
visiting for the first time are required 
to complete a client profile so we can 
better help serve you.

Valuables
We cannot be responsible for lost valuables, so jewelry of significant value should be left at home. Please be sure to remove all jewelry before your facial treatment or massage. We recommend their safe keeping in your purse.

Payments

We gladly accept cash, debit,and all major credit cards. Check are not accepted.

Child Policy

We love children but because we are a relaxation Spa, children 
are not allowed unless being serviced. 
Please arrange child care prior to your 
visit, or you be asked to

It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and want to return them we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for services or  returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available.


Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for all services,

and in any dollar 
amount. Certain Rules Apply:
- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash
- The Gift Cards balance and any 
unused balance expire 1Yr from 
the date of purchase.
-We can not replace lost or stolen gift 
cards

All of our guest are served on an 
appointment basis only,However we 
do take "walk-ins" if there is availability. 
Please call prior to stopping by.

Cancellations​ 
You will always receive a email / Text 
reminder about your appointment, 
which also gives you the opportunity to 
cancel within 24hrs. No call/no shows or any cancelations not within 24 hours will be charged up to 100% of all service book. We have a "No Exception policy" when it comes to 
cancellations and in accordance with this 
policy, all missed appointments will be 
charged for the full amount of the service or $25 reschedule fee 
 to the credit card on file.
